If CipherTrust Manager shows that a Linux kernel is not compatible, it’s often because the device’s compatibility list is outdated. To update it, follow these steps:
- Visit packages.vormetric.com/pub/.
- Download cte_compatibility_matrix.tgz.
- Open CipherTrust Manager and navigate to Transparent Encryption > Clients.
- Click on Compatibility Matrix and upload the cte_compatibility_matrix.tgz file.
This ensures the latest kernel compatibility information is available.
