Sidechain Security would like to announce to our customers that Halo, a trailblazer in service solutions has now been deployed at Sidechain for all your support needs.  With a suite of advanced features and an intuitive interface, Halo sets a new standard in ticketing efficiency, helping managed service providers like Sidechain, up-level their service delivery to customers.

Sidechain has transitioned from Freshdesk to Halo for a more centralized, streamlined system, with a wide array of features including the ability to tag assets and track SLA’s internally.

Halo’s ticketing system introduces a comprehensive platform tailored to meet the dynamic needs of Sidechain’s customers.  Key features include:

  • Highly customizable flexibility and integration capabilities to interact with automated tools.  
  • Incident management helps adhere to SLA’s
  • It provides an intuitive and easy to use self-service portal for customers to log, track, and update tickets, and gives support staff quick and easy access to work and resolve those same tickets.  

Sidechain is committed to outstanding customer service and as such we aim to mitigate any transition impact so you should not see any disruption in your support service. 

As a next step, all customers will receive an email inviting you to the Halo portal where you can reset your password, giving you instant access. You will then be able to submit tickets as needed, see ticket status and all resolution.
